What was the problem you were facing?

The main problem is that because we were entirely sales-led, we have a great UX product flow, but no one really had any visibility into it other than the few images across our page. Prospects couldn't understand our product's touch, feel, and flow by just coming to our website. They would have to book a demo, and that just created unnecessary friction, causing us to lose potential customers.

What are some results you have seen since implementing Navattic?

It's had a huge impact so far; Roughly each month, 5 to 10% of our inbound opportunities actually come from people that enter the Navattic flow and then click the CTA. So, it’s a pretty sizable impact in a short time of using the product.

What are some other ways you currently use Navattic?

We currently use Navattic to power the main interactive demo featured on our website. When visitors engage with the demo, we collect their information and treat them as high-intent leads.

From there, we feed these demo leads into Salesforce and into our own product to trigger automated outbound nurture campaigns. This includes people who complete the full demo experience as well as those who click on key CTAs right away.

Overall, Navattic has been a great source of high-quality, high-intent prospects for our team.

How do you plan to continue using Navattic?

We’ll continue using Navattic as our primary product surface to capture leads. As we expand to sell into new personas, we’ll build role-based experiences to showcase relevant workflows. As the product grows, we expect to launch more tailored flows.

It’s been a strong test run as we prepare to open up a broader PLG motion. It gives us visibility into how users engage and which parts of the product drive the most interest. Navattic has been a key driver in converting interest into pipeline.

What words of wisdom would you share with someone considering Navattic?

Navattic is the best way to give people a real touch and feel of your product. It’s an easy, effective way to showcase what you offer and get buyers engaged early.
