"Navattic has enabled us to communicate our product's features in an easier way, cultivate interest faster, and provide an edge against our competitors by giving potential customers an experience of the product before they even get on a call with someone. What is GovDash?

GovDash is an opportunity orchestration platform that streamlines the government‑contracting lifecycle, connecting capture, proposal, and contract teams in one solution. The technology automates and simplifies complex federal contracting processes, providing contractors with a comprehensive tool to manage their government business efficiently.

We met with Lauren Kazemekas, Product Marketing Manager at GovDash, to discuss how she and her team use Navattic to bring prospects into the product earlier, shorten time to value, and empower teams with secure interactive demos.

What was the problem you were facing?

Before adopting Navattic, prospects often came into calls with varying levels of context.

There’s just so much to our platform. It’s powerful, but it’s big. We needed a way to communicate our value earlier, before a full demo, so people could see how things worked and get excited faster.”

Additionally, GovDash wanted a way for prospects to feel like they were using the product without requiring access to live environments. “We’re in a highly secure industry, and we can’t always share certain live product screens.” They wanted a way to showcase the product early, safely, and with minimal engineering effort, while also better qualifying leads.

Why Navattic?

GovDash discovered Navattic after being impressed by Ramp's interactive demos. "We were immediately sold after seeing a simulated version of our own platform created by the Navattic team," Lauren recalls. "The sales process was seamless, and the technology allowed us to create tours without security concerns, which was non-negotiable in our industry."

The technology's ability to create interactive experiences without requiring access to their secure environment was critical. "Initially, we thought we'd need engineering resources to code these tours, but Navattic had all this technology built out already, which was a huge advantage."

How do you use interactive demos?

GovDash implemented Navattic across multiple touchpoints in their customer journey:

Website Conversion: "We placed the interactive tour directly on our homepage, allowing visitors to immediately experience GovDash without scheduling a call."

Sales Enablement: "Our SDRs personalize tours for specific prospects by customizing fields with company names, creating tailored experiences that resonate with potential clients."

Lead Qualification: "With HubSpot integration, we can see exactly what parts of the product someone explores. When deals in our pipeline take the tour, we know they're highly interested. And when closed-lost deals return to the tour, we can identify potential win-back opportunities."

Event Marketing: "We've experimented with displaying interactive demos at in-person events on large screens, creating engaging booth experiences."

Internal Training: "Our RevOps team uses Navattic to train staff on new HubSpot workflows. They create tours that walk employees through new operational functions."

What are some results you have seen since implementing Navattic?

"No one else in our market is using interactive tours like this," Lauren explains. "We've provided an edge against competitors by giving prospects an experience of our product before they even speak with us." The interactive demos have proven valuable for prospects who don't have time for hour-long sales calls but want to understand the platform's capabilities quickly.
